3-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase, for any reason — no questions asked.
Refunding deactivates your license
Please note: refunding your purchase permanently deactivates your license. MotionMate will stop unlocking its Pro tools on your device once the refund is issued.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your purchase email within 3 days, or request it through Lemon Squeezy. Because Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record, refunds are processed by them back to your original payment method, typically within a few business days depending on your bank.
After the refund
Once refunded, your license is revoked and your device is deactivated. Repurchasing later gives you a fresh license.
